Material Analyst
Candidate should possess Bachelor degree
4-7 years experience in the same field
Coordinating and controlling the A part procurement at GBS India from site (Purchase Order and
shipment management, discrepancy handling)
Handling escalations in case of shortage or excess
Keep contact with suppliers
Ensure smooth information and communication flow between site and GBS team
Placing Purchase Orders for the necessary components in ERP system and follow up with suppliers
Monitoring the shipments and handle deviations with forwarder or supplier
Keep optimum level of inventory
Providing data for supplier evaluation
