B.E/B.Tech/BCA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS/M.E./MCA or equivalent.
Experience with any CRM software (Salesforce.com) preferred.
Fluent with written and verbal communication in English.
Driven by customer success with a team player attitude.
