Application Tech Support Engineer
Provide
application support in Enterprise ERP environment and suite of applications.
Handle
helpdesk tickets and requests reported by internal customers/users and resolve
them complying with the SLA guidelines.
Escalate
issues which cannot be resolved to the managers or other senior subject matter
experts in the team in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Basic
knowledge in Information Technology aspects
Basic
knowledge in application support, relational database concepts, operating
system concepts, web application technologies
