Process Associate
To participate in delivering the assigned task while adhering to quality standards under the
guidance/supervision of identified mentor/lead.
Performs title examination of simple title orders requiring a limited level of expertise.
Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from
the title code book.
Skills
Proficient computer skills
Typing Speed of 30 wpm with 98% accuracy
Basic English Communication Skills (Read, Write and Comprehend)
