Associate Specialist
Perform thorough research on domestic relations order issued by U.S court
Perform pre-qualification of QDRO by freezing and flagging participant retirement plans and submit appropriate acknowledgment letters
Perform transaction processing and deliver on the key performance metrics
Actively contribute and participate in business meetings, brain storming sessions etc.
Follow set procedure and take the case to closure
Focussed on meeting the business SLA on quality & turnaround time
Skilled to interpret legal documents
Ability to perform intensive research
Exposure towards para-legal would be an added advantage
Flexible to work in night shifts
