Job Description:
System Administrator
Need to have a minimum of 1 years of experience on Linux Operating Systems (Red hat/CentOS and
Solaris).
Strong Knowledge on LVM(Logical Volume Manager) administration, user management, exposure to
yum, rpm, file system management, security hardening.
Shell and Perl Scripting experience.
Installation, Configuration and Administration Monitoring Solutions like Zabbix, Nagios etc..
Experience in building and upgrading servers,patch management,migrations and decommissioning
etc.
Good Knowledge on Virtualization, Knowledge on OpenXen and/or Vmware is must.
Good experience in DNS, DHCP, openldap, NFS, NIS, Samba and Squid.
Knowledge on Cisco UCS is added advantage.
Good trouble shooting skills and a self-starter.
Good people skills and must have ability to work with a team.
Ready to work in 24 X 7 on-call Support.
Qualification:
BE/BTECH/MCA with 60% throughout their academic career.
