Job Description:
Back Office Executive
Processing Cash Tally in the System (File Extractions / Recon/Tally Process).
Follow up with MSPs for Missing EJs.
Follow up with Branches / CRAs / MSPs for .
Non Receipt CBRs.
Discrepancy in the CBRs (input level).
Discrepancy in the CBRs (after recon).
Reprocessing of the CBRs received after correction.
Maintenance of ATMs Master in the Recon Database which include follow up with the Switch Team
for correction / rectification of any issue. This will also include the Addition,
Deletion & Migration of ATMs.
The recovery of shortage from vendor's account to be done.
Working on the Untallied ATMs.
