Job Description : Provide level 1 tech support after due training from our end Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems
Will be on probation for a period of 6 months till you get confirmed with us. During probation you will be eligible for a stipend of 10-12 K.
