Business Analytics
Requirement understanding and Information gathering to understand the existing business
models in the industry.
Gather insights on Contact Center Industry with special focus on Workforce Management,
Business Intelligence and predictive analytics to come up with Best In Class practices and tools.
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data across various geographies.
Preparing and publishing detailed presentations and pre-agreed reports for various
requirements of the contact center on regular basis as an outcome of the research.
Reports creation, analysis, distribution and problem solving.
Assisting process owners by providing inputs and expertise.
Actively participate and contribute in the Transformation projects through research.
Candidate Profile
Expert in MS - Office tools and applications : Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Excptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence discussions on
business value propositions.
Innovative thinking and thought process strong analytical and problem solving skills good
communication and interpersonal skills stakeholder management skills ability to work individually
and as part of a team high degree of self-auditing required.
