Job Description:
Associate/Senior Associate
Managing QA activities in defined programs Responsible for Quality Assurance set up in new
programs & defined programs.
Auditing of calls, call monitoring, call barging, call evaluation.
Conducting quality sessions.
Experience into sharing feedback, coaching session or classroom trainings.
Transaction Monitoring Responsible for Quality Excellence set up in new & existing processes / sub
skills.
Lead and Manage the Knowledge Management.
Construct and guideline adherence through Process Calibration on regular basis in close
coordination with operational leaders and external clients.
Good experience on quality tools (Pareto, Fishbone etc).
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office.
