Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
Understand the requirement and client�s need & shortlist the suitable applicant or candidates based
on technological skillfulness, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Working on different Job portal such as Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp etc
Negotiate the rates/salary with the applicant or candidates.
Make timely submissions and provide required information to the Sales Managers.
Maintain regular reports and MIS.
Coordinate with the applicant or candidates for the interviews timings and Joining formalities.
Candidate Details
Applicant should acquire great communication skillfulness.
Applicant should have great understanding of technology.
Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)- Mon to Friday
Selected candidate/s have to commute by their own. No Pick and Drop Facility provided.
