Network Administrator
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech in any discipline
To provide 24x7 monitoring support of our Infrastructure devices like network device and servers,
applications and other operations.
Incident and Alert Management.
Outage handling.
Server Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, AD etc.
Knowledge in OSI Model, TCP/IP, SNMP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, RDP, Telnet, ssh
Basic troubleshooting of network devices or server hardware level troubleshooting.
Certification is must of any from CCNA.
Understanding of ITIL concepts (certification in ITIL will preferable)
