Job Description
1. New
Product/model development - Monitoring & ensuring that all new products are
developed as per APQP & dept. procedures. Maintaining & controlling of
new manufacturing facilities, design & development for new
products/projects.
2. Process
Improvement/Engineering - Conceptualizing & effecting process improvement
for quality & productivity. Process planning based upon the line balancing
& line layout.
3. Project Engineering - Evaluating capacities
& planning expansion as per requirement which includes relayouting &
equipment development.
4. Tooling
designs - Monitoring & controlling of Tool design & development for new
products /projects/ improvement. Technical support to tool room & vendor
for manufacturing the various kinds of tools.
5. QMS implementation
& compliance - Making of departmental procedures & ensuring its
compliance. Conducting regular internal audits, root cause analysis and reviews
to ensure compliance.
