Graduate Freshers
Candidate should possess B.Tech/ B.E(2015 Batch) in Electronics & Communications, IT, CS
Engineering 2015 Batch
Preference:Experience in Telecom Operations in SDH/DWDM Domain.
Duration: 6 months
This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level
proactive and reactive maintenance activities and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
performance levels
1st Level analysis OF Equipment Faults, Isolation and Troubleshooting
Follow the escalation matrix and timely report of Incidents to Shift Head, Field Team and refer the
Faults Back Office as per the SLAs measured
Coordination with Different work Groups in Team and field.
Troubleshooting of Equipment alarms as per the MOP provided by BO, Retrieving alarm Logs, Event
Logs during fault Isolations.
Coordination and Clearance of Performance related Cases and maintain Network Health Status.
Working in 24X7 Shift working hours
Good communication skills
