Job Description:
Advisory
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Responsible for heavy calendar management, interaction with both internal and external executives
and assistants as well as consultants to coordinate and plan a variety of complex executive meetings
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Managers
Review and summarize miscellaneous documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail
as necessary
Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management and other ad hoc reports
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely
manner
Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Creating purchase requests & clearing the invoices against the purchase order in timely manner.
Co Ordinate & support in the Client visits & support in other logistical arrangements.
Submission of bills in timely manner.
