Job Description:
Secretary/PA
Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline
Responsible for heavy calendar management, interaction with both internal and external executives� and assistants as well as consultants to coordinate and plan a variety of complex executive meetings
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Managers
Review and summarize miscellaneous documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management and other ad hoc reports
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Creating purchase requests & clearing the invoices against the purchase order in timely manner.
Co Ordinate & support in the Client visits & support in other logistical arrangements.
Submission of bills in timely manner.
