Job Description

Define/Identify & Implementation of best standards and practices

Design for security, reliability, scalability and extensibility

Work with Agile/Scrum teams

Leading requirements discussion with clients, finalizing scope and facilitating workshops

Evangelize best practices, guidelines, best of the breed open sources

Analyzing scalability/performance requirements and coming up with a strategy to scale/optimize

Must have extensive in-depth knowledge in applying web designing principles to produce creative, professional websites, portals & printing.

Should be able to work in CS4 and CSS3.

Technical Skills:

Ability to create high end designs, tableless div based pages and maintenance of Websites

Should possess good knowledge of W3C Standards

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator * HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience

Good understanding of web and interactive design principles, usability and online branding issues

Strong knowledge of latest web and traditional design standards
