Work Flow Admin

First point of contact for all work requests related to operations.

To analyze and identify the purpose of the e-mail.

To assign the  e-mail to the respective team.

To ensure that the work requests are closed on time.

Building healthy work relationship with peers to understand their work requests.

Alignment of the emails in their respective folders.

Create work requests for Operations and ensuring that the TAT is met.
