Job Description:
Recruitment Executive
Handling HR operations for the Recruitment team.
Assist recruiters by scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite and skype interviews.
Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly.
Drafting offer letters.
Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.
Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
0- 2 years of exp in HR/ Talent Acquisition operations.
Candidate should be proficient in Basic Excel.
Candidate have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Candidate have good Analytical Skills.
Candidate should be good at multitasking.
Candidate possess excellent inter personal & relationship building skills.
Candidate pay attention to detail.
