Maintaining candidate database
Extracting recruitment reports
Interview co-ordination and documentation
Plan and manage on-site logistical issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, candidate flight bookings etc)
Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
Ensure the Recruitment tools & processes are updated
Preparing offer letters for the selected candidates.
Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly
Contribute knowledge, and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.
