Job Description

Associate Engineer

As an Associate Engineer at Dimension Data, you will be tasked with developing configurations and installations, as well as solving technical problems of a medium complexity.

You will work closely with and be under the supervision of engineers and senior engineers.

What we will expect you to do:

You will be required to take responsibility for parts of an installation and problem management.

We will need you to develop a basic understanding of technical design principles, fundamental project management and administration processes.

You will need to support the technical service desk under supervision by providing telephonic, remote and on-site support to our clients.

In conclusion, we need you to support the engineering team to ensure that our client's hardware and software is operational.
