Job Description:
Customer Service Executive
Coordinate all administrative functions of the business from job lodgment to completion including
processing reports, tenders and other supporting documentation, processing supplier invoices,
processing all incoming email correspondence, answering calls and keeping our workflow system up
to date at all times, in line with company KPIs and client service levels.
Follow and adhere to established procedures and KPIs to monitor the progression of job files, and
follow up relevant stakeholders when necessary.
Coordinate and manage diaries of BBS supervisors with appointment offerings to clients.
Maintain service levels under times of increased work volume, particularly during major
events/storms.
Keep customers informed regularly and respond to customer queries.
Keep clients up to date at all times about job file progress and respond to queries.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion or willingness to become immersed in work.
Initiative and strong organizational skills.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict
KPIs.
Attention to detail, Accuracy & Multitasking skills.
