Job Description Service Operations Analyst
Manage and ensure compliance (KOP, Ops manual etc) with internal policies and audit and
regulatory requirements.
Possess a strong foundation and understanding of Trade related area and guidelines as
commissioned by ICC.
Good understanding of legal, credit and operational risks in handling of Trade product/services.
Leadership abilities to manage team, with potential to grow into a larger role.
Train ,coach and identify potential staff for succession and key operational functions provide
training and job rotation opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess Any degree from a recognised university.
Should have Good communication skills(oral and written).
Experience in a centralisation set up would be desirable.
Knowledge of All Trade related products /financing deals with specialization in particular area of
Trade is necessary.
Willingness to work in shifts in the time window starting as early as 4 am and ending as late 11 pm.
