Job Description:
Technical Support Associate
Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Should be responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation,
configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products
Must have diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting skills.
Should verify warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
Should be able to advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete
solution.
Should provide direct service advice and guidance to customers.
Should identify, research and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
Must remain knowledgeable of Dells product line, current industry products and technologies.
Should focuse on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
Should identify customer needs / requirements and recommend solutions.
Must apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions
to correct failures.
Must be able to documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution
implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Both side transport facility will be provided.
