Customer Service Executive
Candidate should possess Graduates (BA/BSc/B.Com/BCA/BBA/B.Tech) & Post Graduates (MA/M Com/MSc)
Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
B2B phone Call.
Analyze and process accounts.
Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided
Post graduate can apply except MCA/MSc (IT/Comp Science) .
Candidates from Noida would be preferred
Relevant experience in insurance process would be preferred..
