Job Description Client Tech Support Associate The client tech support Associate should answer customer calls / inquiries (internal and external)
on related issues.
Need to provide resolution for all the calls by researching and navigating through knowledge base.
Should identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
Should give proper response in setting realistic customer expectations and meeting or exceeding
these expectations.
Need to verify and investigate into customer's complaints or issues and drive for resolution within
specified time frames.
Candidate Profile
The candidate should be any graduate with an aggregate of minimum 55% from a recognized
university/Institution.
Should possess good communication skills and verbal ability.
Undergraduates with 12 months of International BPO experience or with with 18 months of
Domestic BPO experience is desirable.
Should have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Should be Willing to work in shifts.
