Job Description:
Accounts Executive/Accountant
Bank Reconciliation of all banks on Fortnightly basis & making necessary entries in books on daily basis.
Ensure timely & accurate booking of all day to day expenses Cost centre wise & proper filing of vouchers.
Debiting proper heads & proper narrations in vouchers.
Will manage the Book Keeping for all expenses including cash.
Ledger Scrutiny on Quarterly basis to ensure that expenses are timely accounted for.
Creditors scrutiny half yearly basis.
Strong Accountancy Background/experience
Knowledge of Statutory Liabilities (TDS, Service Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, MLWF, WCT).
