Candidate should possess Any Graduate/PG in any discipline
Having commercial educational background on bachelor or bachelor in science
Having 4-5 years of customer service experience ( Industrial products industry preferred)
Fluency in English and Hindi
Working experience in Salesforce or any other case management / CRM system (Not Mandatory)
User of Microsoft and other IT tools
Good communications skills
Interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
Good listening skills
High amount of service orientation
Attention to details and active problem solving
Clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English and Hindi
