Client Technical Support Associate
JOB LOCATION: Gurgaon, Haryana
Technical Support:
Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers .Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
Customer Care:
Resolving issues pertaining to order status, billing, invoicing ,etc.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
Should have excellent communication skills.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /24 months of domestic call center
BE/Btech with minimum 6 months international call center experience
Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply .
