Job Description:
Management Trainee
Candidate should possess Graduate/post graduate from a recognised University with minimum of
60% marks in qualifying examination.
Candidates who have written the qualifying examination for graduation during 2014-15 and awaiting
results may also apply. Such candidates are allowed to appear for the written test and interview.
However, their provisional appointment will be subject to production of provisional certificate and
mark list before commencement of the academic program.
21 years of age or above AND below (including) 28 years of age as on 31st May, 2015. ( those
born between 1st June 1987 and 31st May 1994)
Note:
Applicants selected through the written test/ interview process shall, after the due process, be
given a Provisional Letter of Appointment by the Bank.
Such applicants will be required to undergo 12 months� PGDBF Program at the BQA Campus.
On successful completion and award of PGDBF, DCB Bank Ltd shall issue a formal appointment order
for absorption into the bank, at CTC package of ? 3 to 3.5 lacs per annum
In addition to the annual Salary package, the Bank also offers a special retention Bonus ? 1 lac to
all eligible candidates who complete 2 years of service with the Bank and have a good performance track record.
