Sr. Product Engineer
The candidate should possess BE/M. Tech in Electronic Engineering
2+ years of test engineering experiences on Dual-Port/FIFO/ SRAM/ DRAM/SOC
Socket, load-board, probe card knowledge
Hands on experience with Advantest T5592/T5581 or Verigy 93K or Credence LT/DUO/Quartet tester platform and programming skills
ATE programming skills would be essential
Unix C and/or Perl programming skills.
