Job Description
HR Generalist (Male Candidates ONLY)
The Human
Resources Generalist (HRG) functions as a generalist in a variety of Human
Resources activities.
The HRG
prepares recommendations and analyses related to: hiring, compensation, client
relations, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) changes based on Cypress processes
, best practices and industry survey data.
The HRG
provides coaching, training and support to their client groups on issues and
requests related to: company policies and tools, hiring processes, business
process improvements, and company compliance for various corporate programs
such as Performance Management and required Cypress training courses.
Required Skills:
Provides
support to client groups regarding issues and requests regarding Company and HR
processes and programs, tools and resources.
Partners
with client groups on hiring process.
Coaches and
trains Hiring Managers on offer book requirements and hiring auction process.
Recommends
and prepares salary and stock equity analyses for hiring, and compensation
requests.
Supports
New hire on-boarding.
