Business Development Executive
Coresonant is seeking exceptional self-motivated candidates with entrepreneurial spirit

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Hyderabad/ Secunderabad

Role:
Lead Generation
Requirement understanding, site survey, demo and presentation handling
Submitting proposals and commercials
Follow up with existing clients closely for the new requirements
Achieving target based sales in the assigned region/ product
Motivating, leading, & driving to achieve monthly sales target
Open to travel extensively within India in short notice
Tracking monthly/annual sales targets and actively planning sales campaigns & drives
Conceiving & executing brand building exercises
Promoting products in assigned verticals in the targeted market segment
Creating & executing sales campaigns to generate leads & build channel partner network
Work closely with team to create strategic plans to develop business in the
region, across verticals, & in all product categories.
Coordinate & build team spirit within Sales and other departments such as IT, R&D, PM, & Admin
Cooperate with other team members in sales for organizational development & growth.
Candidate Profile
Sales Target: 5 Lakhs/ Month
MBA in Marketing from reputed institution with 68 and above percentile.
IT & Electronics in graduation would be preferred
previous experience in sales & marketing preferred
Enjoy travelling and meeting people
experience in consultative solution sales is added advantage
openness to learn & constantly update on new technology and products
openness to working in a dynamically progressing environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
positive attitude and openness to work closely with senior team member group
aspirations to take up new challenges and gain from incentive & experience
ambitious candidates with entrepreneurial spirit
Other
Variable: Up to 0.5 lakhs per annum (on monthly basis on reaching sales target)
