Agent level hiring (end-to-end cycle) for International voice processes.

Sourcing through job portals, social networking sites, internet, referrals and other relevant job seekers' databases

Phone screening and interview scheduling

Offer closure  and Joining follow ups.

Interested Candidates can also directly Walk-in at our own newly opened hiring center along with updated resume & 1 passport size photographs.

Minimum 6 months of experience in a recruitment consultancy and sourcing candidates for international voice profiles.

Sourcing specialist with excellent networking skills.

Strong hold on agent recruiting cycle,

Headhunting, building databases.

Excellent communication skills
