Job Description:
Senior Process Executive
While providing services to Operations and Control.
Maintain/ optimize control environment for FSS Costs operations.
Deliver quality control in productivity of third party invoices and employees for Global business
groups, SOX controls.
Timely and accurate journal postings.
Analyze reconciliation breaks for bank, fixed assets and others. Accrual/prepayment postings.
Perform reconciliation of bank and sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations within fixed assets
and other GL activities.
Meet process SLAs / metrics productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.
Respond to data requests.
Provide resolution and respond to adhoc queries.
Collate the data for KPI Metrics.
Raise process related issues / concerns on time with process and team leads.
Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
Adhere to security practices set by organization.
Ensure each process/ activity is documented and updated.
Update issue log, time sheet, KPIs, Time table, MoM regularly and keep the TL/TM updated on
process issues.
