Job Description:
S/w Test Engineer
Candidate should possess BS degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education.
1+ years minimum relevant work experience.
Responsible for testing of products across OS platforms (e.g. Windows, Linux, Mac) for various features.
Create/ Modify and Execute test cases based on the projects assigned
Scope of work may include both manual and automated test activities.
Perform exploratory testing/Regression Testing/Stress Testing.
Identify, isolate, interpret, and report defects, and work with developers to analyze requirements,
and reproduce problems to get them resolved.
Ability to troubleshoot a problem based of incident reports, assisting dev to reproduce the incidents.
Ability to plan & deliver patches - Test and certify the patches on the simulated customer environments.
Should be passionate, owner, excellent team player.
