Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline
Looking at extremely talented and street smart freshers/ experienced candidates for an inbound
banking voice process for CITIBANK.
24/7 rotational shift basis.
5 days a week working- on rotational basis
For women: work timings - rotational shifts between 7 AM to 4PM and 12 PM to 9PM
Must be courteous, friendly and willing to engage with customers over the phone for query
handling, complaint management, upselling and pitching.
Must have extremenly good english speaking skills.
Must have completed 15 years of education. open to look at correspondence graduates too.
Attractive incentives and night shift allowances offered.
No pick up drop- will be working out of facility in cathedral road- acropolis building.
