Technical Leader
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with C, RTOS, Linux.
Network and multithread programming
Worked on protocol level - IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP
Experience with Linux, Kernel Programming and open source technologies is a plus
Prior experience with broadband/BRAS technology is a plus
Understand the overall solution architecture and needs.
Heavy customer exposure
Good design and coding skills focussing on quality and performance factors.
Leadership quality to drive the issues to conclusion
Provide expert advices to the team on complex issues
Have team spirit and bring positive energy to the team
Able to mentor engineers.
