Candidates should possess Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science�

Experience with test automation systems and tools

Excellent software development skills in Linux environment

Fluent in various scripting languages for test automation (TCL, Python, Ruby, Perl)

Object-oriented software design experience

In-depth knowledge and experience with test automation concepts, practices and procedures

Expert in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues

Understanding of state of the art validation / QA tools

Strong communication skills written & verbal

Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with globally-distributed teams
