You will be part of the team helping our clients in identifying issues by troubleshooting and

As level 3 Support engineer, you will be investigating and fixing any of the issues that are reported.
You would be responsible for analyzing the code and identifying the root causes on the issues
which would help in resolving the issue.
Candidate Profile
BE or MCA with relevant experience.
At least 1 year experience in C++.

Confidently face and work with clients to understand issues
Excellent communication skills
Collaborate with solution experts to solve problems quickly
