Job Description:
Programmer Analyst
Any Graduate with a good Experience in MSExcel(VlookUp ,HLookUp, Formulas, Pivot Table).
MS Powerpoint and with good analytical skills.
Basic knowledge in Macros/VBA preferred.
Collect, collate & cleanse data as per procedure
Prepare reports accurately as per client requirements
On time creation of reports by chasing for data on a regular basis,
validating data received and processing reports as per deadlines agreed with the client
Contribute to overall achievements of the required SLA by delivering to KPIs
Maintain and update records as per process requirements e.g. updating work database
Maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes
Maintain knowledge of excel and analytical skills through assessments and BAU work
Escalate any issues or ideas to the Team Manager
