Job Description:
Back office profile
Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline.
Working in a team you will be responsible for working all the 18 HR/Payroll processes depending on
whats assigned to you.
To query appropriately in the absence of complete information with the line manager or requestor.
Ensure that work in your personal in tray is processed within the client determined TAT.
Do a daily check of pending items to follow up on outstandings.
To raise query with the TL appropriately when no replies received on repeated reminders to
managers for additional information.
To pick emails proactively from the hr payadmin inbox, index them and work on them.
To ensure all relevant cases are processed before cut off, so they are included in the payroll run in
a timely manner.
To organise individual folders and ensure deletion of data after specified time periods.
To keep abreast of daily/ regular updates within the process provided by Team Leaders & received
over emails from clients.
