Software Developer
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any stream
4+ year of relevant experience in Informatica version 9.x in PowerCenter Designer, Workflow and Monitor
Hands on exp in Monitor helpdesk queues and resolve tickets.
Perform analysis of critical issues.
Knowledge of database function as well as trouble shooting skills for data issues.
Be a liaison between production support and development, integration, business analyst teams.
Participate in ETL testing in order to understand data flow.
Ability to interact directly with the business users, debug and derive the technical issue related to
a customer query.
Handling tasks well within the SLA limits and maintaining the KPIs
Hands on experience with DAC. Strong Communication Skills.
