• Monthly
Close Process – During the close week this person will assist the overall
accounting team by having a select number of GL/UPL account lines to reconcile.
Prior experience in utilizing/mining ERP data and reconciling financial
accounts is required.
• ARC/RRC
reporting – Manage the collecting of the Billing Unit count data in order to
calculate and distribute the monthly ARC/RRC billing file/reports to end users.
This report requires exceptional attention to detail as it is ulitmately
provided to the client on a monthly basis. There are many sources of the
information from throughout the company and this person has to communicate the
changes to multiple tower management personnel for their concurrance prior to
publication.
• OOC
reporting – This report is a continuation of the ARC/RRC reporting in that it
is a Client trending report complete with graphical representations of trends.
Once again this requires a significant amount of attention to detail as it too
ultimately is provided to the client on a monthly basis.
• Headcount
reporting – Our business is FTE and system driven therefore accurate headcount
reporting is a driver of our ability to maximize effectiveness. This report has
significant visibility and is shared with senior management within the company.
•Project
access and alignment – ensuring that the 1,000+ FTE’s have appropriate access
to our Chart of Accounts – Project alignment. This role will also be
responsible for disseminating “charged hours reports to the various project
managers within the company. Assisting project managers in understanding how to
utilize these new reports will also be this role’s responsiblility. Opening new
task codes and granting access to these tasks is important for accurate
analysis of project effort.
•Special
Projects – Perform and manage special projects as assigned – Units Analysis
etc.
