Job Description
Process Analyst/ Sr. Analyst
Collation
and update of specific data points of Structured Products like CDOs for pricing
& investment purposes / Sequencing Principal and Interest Payments in the
Fixed Income Space for US & European Markets.
New/historic
deals filed on sec.gov / various trustee websites are to be located &
tracked
XML / SQL
to create models for automation purposes
Frequency-
daily or as often as deal is available
7-8 deals
scrubbing per day (Average)
Compliances:
Adherence
to company policies, rules and regulations
To follow
quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.
Adherence
to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the process.
Responsible
for complying with all QMS and ISMS Policies and procedures.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
Knowledge
in Fixed Income Securities & Derivates market will be preferable
Basic
understanding of financial instruments, reading SEC filings.
Work Experience:
0-6 months
work ex. in Financial Market
