Job Description
Associate
Generate
Sales through outbound calls.
Manage
healthy, cordial, ethical relationship with the customers assigned in line with
the client's policies and procedures.
Should be
able to navigate through various client applications (Eg: CRM, Billing System,
Terminologies).
Generate
Sale from the existing customer base by outbound calls.
Up sell of
products by understanding the customer requirements and usage.
Evaluate
need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility.
Responsible
to meet sales targets provided monthly and YTD.
Mandatory Skill Sets :
Fluency in
English & Regional language � Hindi, Marathi.
Should be
able to comprehend client's products and their usage.
Should be
able to converse very well with clients in order to sale/promote the client's
products.
Should have
working knowledge with Computers.
Should be
aggressive & competent with Sales function/cycle.
