Job Description

Product Consultant

Assist retail ticket buyers with their queries/calls over phone and emails

Record conversation with ticket buyers in our CRM

Refer unresolved questions/queries to designated point of contact (commonly venue box offices)

Keep abreast with recent changes in our online ticketing software

Execute on other customer service responsibilities that may be assigned in course of job

Candidate Requirements:

Should possess 1-2 years of work experience in front end client interaction process with a reputed ITES player and serving American customers (B2C) preferably semi technical.

Strong preference shall be accorded to candidates with prior experience on other ticketing software

Good knowledge of Microsoft office and browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Mozilla, IE) and basic PC troubleshooting

Ability to multi task and attention to detail are key requirements.

Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must.

Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity.
