Job Description:
System Administrator
1 - 3 Years of experience in the IT / ITES sector preferably from a technical support background.
Provide remote Level 1 help desk support to customers, first point of contact.
Solve problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools and analytical skills while on call or processing
an Incident.
Create, record, and resolve incoming requests for service(Service Requests).
Document and maintain detail history of Incidents from start to finish.
Answer queue calls on a regular basis.
Provide a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, accuracy, and timeliness.
Demonstrate efficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office,
Active Directory, Lotus notes, DNS, VPN, Mobile Devices, Printers, Wireless.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Basic L1 technical skills for Helpdesk operations.
Network and Server knowledge.
