Job Description

Associate Professional

Provides support to diagnose and resolve low complexity problems / issues of a business, management or technical nature (Business).

Performs data analysis to support internal or external project needs (Business).

Applies current technologies (e.g. hardware, software, packaged applications, tools) with guidance from subject matter experts to support the delivery of technical solutions (Technical).

Gains basic hands-on experience with standard company desktop tools used to accomplish daily business activities and facilitate communications (Technical).

Contributes to the creation of appropriate Catalyst work products (business, management, or technically oriented) with guidance from subject matter experts (Methodology).

Supports project management office with data collection and tracking (e.g. issues, project status, time, expenses, task sheets, deliverable documentation) (Management).

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience .

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred .

Zero or more years of relevant work experience .

Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology techniques and work products.

Experience working with business, management, and technology concepts.

Experience with company's differentiation from competitors through business strategies, primary solutions and offerings and industry focus areas.
