Ensure the
governance of Knowledge Acquiaition and Transfer Process across KTs for ASP
III.
Ensures
final Scope of the Role and Knowledge Transfer plans are created and agreed
with all stakeholders.
Ensures KT
Integration meetings to be able to track the progress of Knowledge Transfers
through the KAT process and tool
Oversees
the ongoing review of KT status; consolidates issues & risks to flag to
senior management. Flags, recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions
and implements as appropriate.
Works in
conjunction with team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes
to knowledge transfers, such as but not limited to, technical requirements,
business requirements and schedule.
Ensures
each KT pass through the pulse check and has approval for receivers to get into
production.
Develops
and makes presentations for creating KAT process and tool awareness.
Manages
client expectations and balances the ASP III KT needs of company and client to
ensure satisfaction for relevant parties.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's
degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's
degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or
related field preferred
Experience
working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project
efficiency and effectiveness
Other Qualifications
Strong
leadership and organizational skills
Strong
analytical and problem solving skills
Good
leadership and negotiation skills to manage project and develop new business
